7:39 That big bowl of silica beads is pretty cool...I wonder if that would work for air dry clay. Make the thing, then put it in an airtight box with a bowl of this stuff, or maybe some DampRid. (I live in Florida, where you can damn near drink the air.)

I was hoping you would put all the straws in a container and fill in and around them with resin, and turn the whole thing, straws and all. I actually found your video while searching for a whole project made with basically a bundle of straws in resin, similar to the colored pencil projects I've seen. Imagine a bundle of plastic straws, all one color, in resin, and then turned as a bowl or something! All I've found so far is people who cut straws into short pieces. 🫤

The process before you cut off the ends,makes me think of the 4 poster beds. Looks really cool, but I don't think that actually works? I didn't see any holes for the wiring? It doesn't look like the pickup is actually connected to anything, and neither is the jack. So it's a cool guitar shaped object, but it's not really a guitar? I know wiring routes would be visible in the epoxy but it seems an awful lot of work just to make a wall hanger?

I always wondered why you didn’t slush cast the inside of the mold that makes spheres. Put the mold on the lathe, toss in just a bit of resin that’s liquid, but cures somewhat quickly, tape the hole up, and turn the lathe on a slow speed to coat the inside of the mold. Then you could drill the epoxy sphere, pour in the goo, and cap with UV resin.

When I saw that you were gonna have to do something else with the lid, my first thought was tray lol. Whatever you decide on will be super cool regardless, we love your creativity 💛
